If you find an identical eligible graded slab publicly available from an established seller at a lower advertised price, send us the listing. Once verified, we will either match the eligible competitor price before your purchase or, for qualifying requests submitted within 7 days after your OJIGANG purchase, provide store credit for the verified price difference.

Find an Identical Slab
The competing listing must match in all material details — same card, same card number, same artwork or variation, same language, same grading company, same numerical grade, same label type or special designation when applicable, and comparable slab and card condition.
Note: for serial-numbered cards, special labels, sequential certifications, signed cards, error cards, or other individually distinguishable collectibles, additional verification may be required.

Send Us the Listing
Submit a link or screenshot showing the publicly advertised competing price. The listing must be active, publicly accessible, in stock and available for immediate purchase, offered by an established seller, available for shipment to your destination, and verifiable by OJIGANG at time of review.

We Verify the Price
OJIGANG reviews the listing to confirm eligibility. If approved:
Before Purchase
We may provide an eligible price match so you can purchase the slab from OJIGANG at the verified price.
Within 7 Days After Purchase
We may issue OJIGANG store credit for the verified difference between your eligible OJIGANG purchase price and the approved competing price.
PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
What Qualifies?
For a price comparison to qualify, it must be genuinely apples-to-apples. Apparently even collectible cardboard requires forensic accounting. The competing item must be the same collectible, not merely a similar card.

Eligible Grading Companies
The guarantee may apply to graded cards from recognized professional grading companies listed on the applicable OJIGANG product page, including slabs graded by companies such as:

The grading company and numerical grade must match exactly. Special labels, autograph certifications, qualifiers, subgrades, pedigree designations, or other grading attributes must also be comparable when relevant.

The Lowest-Price Slab Guarantee does not apply to:
Auctions or auction-style listings
Best Offer prices
Accepted offers that are not publicly visible

Sold or out-of-stock listings

Differences resulting solely from shipping promotions, taxes, customs duties, currency conversion, payment-processing discounts, or other transaction-specific charges are not considered qualifying price differences.
COMPARISON POLICY
Serial-Numbered & Unique Slabs
Certain collectibles cannot be compared solely by card number and grade. This includes:
- Serial-numbered cards
- Low or special serial numbers
- Sequential certification numbers
- Signed or authenticated cards
- Error cards
- Special grading labels
- Pedigree or designation labels
- Cards with materially different collectible attributes
For these products, OJIGANG may determine that two slabs are not sufficiently identical for a direct price comparison. If a particular serial number matters to you, please contact us before purchasing.

Purchased an eligible slab from OJIGANG and then found the same slab advertised for less? Submit your request within 7 calendar days of your OJIGANG purchase date.
Requests must arrive within 7 calendar days.
If the competing listing qualifies and remains verifiable when reviewed, we may issue store credit for the approved difference. Requests received after the 7-day period are not eligible for post-purchase price protection.
