Shipping Details & Policies

Please review our processing, delivery, customs, and handling terms before ordering. These policies help set clear expectations for authentic Japanese imports.

In-stock orders are prepared for shipment as quickly as reasonably possible after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time. Orders placed during weekends, Japanese public holidays, major release periods, or high-volume promotional events may require additional processing time. You'll receive shipment info by email once dispatched.

Products marked PREORDER, RESERVE, or UPCOMING RELEASE are not available for immediate shipment. For eligible Japanese releases, we aim to dispatch on the official release date or the following business day once inventory is available. Release dates may change due to publisher, manufacturer, distributor, or logistics delays. An estimated shipping date is an estimate, not a guarantee. If your order contains both in-stock and reserved products, the entire order may be held until everything is available — place separate orders if you want in-stock items shipped immediately (separate shipping charges may apply).

EMS Express: ~3–5 business days after dispatch. Regular Japan Post: ~7–15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates only, not guaranteed. International shipments may be delayed by customs, import processing, local postal delays, holidays, weather, or high seasonal volume. Tracking updates may temporarily pause during international transit or customs processing — this is common and doesn't necessarily indicate a problem.

International customers are responsible for import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, brokerage charges, and other local taxes, unless stated otherwise at checkout. OJIGANG TCG does not control customs assessments and cannot guarantee whether a shipment will incur additional charges. We complete customs documentation accurately and cannot falsify declared values.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible to correct an address before dispatch — changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment; original shipping costs may not be refundable.

Customers are responsible for accepting delivery and completing customs/postal procedures. Refused, uncollected, or undeliverable packages may be returned to Japan; refunds/reshipment are reviewed after the package physically returns, and shipping/handling costs may be deducted. If tracking hasn't updated for an unusual period, contact us — we'll assist with a carrier investigation.

We use protective packaging (sleeves, top loaders, slab protection, rigid support, cushioning) appropriate to the product. If your order arrives damaged: keep all original packaging, photograph the package exterior, shipping label, internal packaging, and the affected product, then contact us right away. Graded slabs may occasionally show minor cosmetic case marks from grading/shipping — the numerical grade applies to the card, not the holder's cosmetic condition.
